Qualifications
Membership is open to full-time youth ministers whose churches meet these standards.
Individual Qualification
Applicant must be a full-time Youth Minister in the area of Middle School and/or High School education ministries of a Southern Baptist church that has a citywide ministry in a metro area.
Church Qualifications
The applicant's church must have the following characteristics based on it's current SBC Annual Report – a copy of which is to be included with application.

Youth Sunday School enrollment of 500 and an average attendance of 250 (excluding 6th grade and college).
- 02
3 out of 4 of the following characteristics:
- Located in a metro area of at least 500,000
- Resident membership of 5,000
- Annual church budget of $3 million or more
- A minimum of 8 full-time professional ministerial staff
